    .
Incorporated on November 4, 1901 in the State of Idaho.
The company originally had issued 1,000,000 shares at 10 cents per share for total capital of 0,000. In 1907 the number of shares was increased to 1,500,000 valued at .00 each, increasing the total capital to ,500,000. Missoula Copper Mining owned 10 lease claims of approximately 175 acres at the head of Deadman gulch, about one and a half mile NW of Snowstorm mine, near Mullan, Idaho. In 1910 the company struck a vein containing between 1.5% and 8% copper with some silver present, however, further work did not progress due to low prices of copper.
In March 1914 a large group of shareholders offered the Snowstorm Mining Company to take control of the company at 60 cents per share. Snowstorm did some development work but refused to exercise an option to buy Missoula Copper in September 1915 due to disappointing results. Due to increasing prices of copper during World War I Missoula Copper resumed work in early 1917 but the end of war and the crash of copper prices stopped any further development. The company was finally dissolved in 1937.
